Hey You There: These bad boys are shipped through DHL or FedEx so they get to you fast, and you can track the thingie!

Hey Evil Monkey: How long does it take to deliver the goods?
Hey Person Starting To Get On My Nerves: Oh, the Evil Monkey is FAST! (SHUDDAP!) Most orders are sent out within 2-3 working days. FedEx or DHL (whomever I choose) can get you yer stuff in business 2-4 days depending on where you at. So expect about a week or so from order to delivery.

Returns and Refunds

• All Evil Monkey Gadgets', um, gadgets come with a 12 month warranty.
• Fewer than 1% of all shipped gadgets are subject to any warranty or quality issue.
• In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the gadget to be unacceptable or unusableduring the 12 months after the thingie ships out, Evil Monkey Gadgets will accept a return. Amazing, I know! When I receive the gadget back,I will offer full credit to your PayPal account. I must like you or something!
• If you experience any problem with a gadget bought from Evil Monkey Gadgets, contact me FIRST (evilmonkey@evilmonkeygadgets.com) and I will do mybest to advise you. These things come with instruction manuals and software and everything you need to, ya know, make it work.
• Any returns must be discussed with Evil Monkey Gadgets in advance, and authorized so they are sent to the correct address. DO NOT return to sender!
• In the event of any returned gadgets under warranty, your shipping costs returning the thingie to Evil Monkey Gadgets are payable by you,and cannot be compensated by the Evil Monkey.
• Physical damage to a gadget caused by the user (that would be you); opening gadgets up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmwareor using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty. Just contact me, OK?
